BenefitKey aims to provide an accessible, keyboard-operable, readable service consistent with WCAG 2.2 AA and applicable federal and provincial accessibility requirements. A simplified low-cognitive-load mode and English/French interface controls are provided where supported.

Before launch, publish a monitored accessibility-feedback channel and response process. If a format or interaction creates a barrier, users should be offered an accessible alternative where required.

This operational text should be reviewed by qualified Ontario and Canadian privacy/legal counsel before public launch. No contract wording can eliminate statutory obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
