BenefitKey is not a government agency, law firm, accounting practice, medical provider, financial adviser, or authorized representative, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government.

No professional advice or representation

Content, eligibility indications, estimates, checklists, and form-preparation features are informational only. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, social-work, or other professional advice. BenefitKey does not submit applications, communicate with authorities for users, certify evidence, or make eligibility decisions.

Forms, amounts, and decisions

Programs, forms, deadlines, benefit amounts, and government interpretations may change. Estimates are illustrative and are not promises of eligibility, approval, payment, timing, or amount. Users must verify current requirements and the latest official form directly with the administering authority before relying on or submitting anything. Government authorities alone make final decisions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, review, signature, and submission of your information and forms. Do not enter a date of birth, Social Insurance Number, banking credentials, passwords, or other information the interface does not request. Sensitive information required by government must be entered directly through official government channels.

BenefitKey is available to residents of all Canadian provinces and territories. Program coverage and the completeness of configured rules may vary by jurisdiction. Users must verify current requirements with the applicable federal, provincial, or territorial authority.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties about accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, eligibility, form acceptance, or outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

This operational text should be reviewed by qualified Ontario and Canadian privacy/legal counsel before public launch. No contract wording can eliminate statutory obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
