BenefitKey offers Individual Free at CAD $0 and 90-Day Complete for a one-time CAD $59 payment. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. 90-Day Complete is not a recurring subscription and access expires 90 days after activation.

Before accepting live payments, BenefitKey must publish the final cancellation/refund process, business identity and contact details, checkout disclosures, and any mandatory consumer-law remedies. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.

This operational text should be reviewed by qualified Ontario and Canadian privacy/legal counsel before public launch. No contract wording can eliminate statutory obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
